Well, I made it through the first week - 6lbs. lighter! You're right - you do feel much better and have more energy. Have a couple of suggestions for other newcomers - 1. You have to get organized and get into a routine! Also, because most of us don't drink enough water, you have to plan the water drinking too. 2. Would recommend not going out to eat or doing too much socializing until you are on track. It's SO hard not to join in when everyone is munching on good stuff. Part of my job involves business lunches so had to cancel two of them last week as I knew it would be very hard to get through them. I know I could have had salad and protein, but I really enjoy my meal at night. Good luck everyone. Hopefully, I can stick with it.
