First week

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to say how neat this website is. I am on day 5...so far so good. Day 4 was really hard, I just wanted to eat...but I came upon this website...the upbeat encouragement, support and success stories were just what I needed to step away from the need to eat junk food.

Hi VetStudent! Welcome! I'm a newcomer as well. I started two weeks ago, but without the support of this site, I stopped. :x

Then, I found this site and restarted on Tuesday, I have lost ten pounds! I'm so thankful for everyone on this site, and find everyone so motivational and keep me focused, even if I just stop in for a few minutes and catch up on posts!

Good luck and continued success!
