I truly feel like this time will be "the one", the final one!
I am currently making myself a "reward" program and a "motivation" program.
Every 5 pounds down, I inscribe a reward like: "buy 2 shirts" or "cut your hair that way which was pretty cool years ago but is no longer now that I have too much fat", etc...
I also have a "motivation program" which consists, for example, of slipping myself into clothes I was wearing before (to see my progress), or comparing myself to pictures I have taken before with same clothes.
That way, I have the scale who shows me the magic theoric number, plus I have my old clothes that shows me reality, propelling my efforts into physical world!
I really encourage everyone to do that "kind of program". I think we'll also learn to replace food rewards by any other kind of rewards. And trust me, it's not always easy
