First week report!

Here we are, exactly 7 days and 1 hour since I began Medifast!

Results:

- 11 pounds down
- Sleep better
- Pants a little more comfortable
- Feels REALLY better and really motivated about keeping on!!!

This is incredible. I wake up in the morning, and I always lose 1 to 2 pounds!!

I really, REALLY am happy about that :D :D
I see a light at the end of the tunnel!!

Finished: Never

Went to 150, then began gym to build some muscle; currently 173.8! (Need to cut some fat)

Great Job@@ :bouncie: :bouncie: I have a daughter your age so I found your message about your mom to be very endearing. :bighug: Another 10 pounds and she will really be able to see the difference and perhaps get inspired to try the program herself!!

That is so great!!! :D I'am in my second week I lost 6 lbs my first week, i heard guys loose weight much more quickly :mrgreen: Keep it up 8) Looking forward to hearing about your progress.

Thanks everyone for your support.

I truly feel like this time will be "the one", the final one!

I am currently making myself a "reward" program and a "motivation" program.

Every 5 pounds down, I inscribe a reward like: "buy 2 shirts" or "cut your hair that way which was pretty cool years ago but is no longer now that I have too much fat", etc...

I also have a "motivation program" which consists, for example, of slipping myself into clothes I was wearing before (to see my progress), or comparing myself to pictures I have taken before with same clothes.

That way, I have the scale who shows me the magic theoric number, plus I have my old clothes that shows me reality, propelling my efforts into physical world!

I really encourage everyone to do that "kind of program". I think we'll also learn to replace food rewards by any other kind of rewards. And trust me, it's not always easy ;)
