Yahoo...I just completed my first three days!! We are going to the lake tomorrow, so I am getting all my shakes ready to go. I am also going on a trip for 5 days to Georgia and then will go to Idaho for a week of camping! I would love any ideas for support. My whole life I have tricked myself into thinking JUST THIS ONE SPECIAL OCCASION as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted. I didn't want to put off starting the program because there never seems to be "the perfect time"...but I am a little afraid of old habits. Thanks for all the encouragement so far. It has really been a blessing.
