My first official weigh in

Postby Charity » February 1st, 2007, 10:26 pm

Aloha All!

I did my first official weigh in today with the nutritionist and I lost 10.3 lbs so far! I thought it was 11.....here's the great part. According to the machine NONE OF IT WAS WATER WEIGHT! I was shocked! :whattha: I had actually gained a pound in water weight from my first visit.

Holy smokes! 10 pounds of fat! She has this big chunk of synthetic fat on her desk and 10 of those are gone from my body! :whoohoo:

I have got the Medifast fever! I'm never hungry. I don't get tempted by carbs. It's like something just clicked....finally! Maybe the fear  of spending the whole of my 20s overweight got me focused!

Hi Charity,

It sounds to me like you're off to a great start. Many here who have been successful speak of that light bulb or switch going off in their heads (me included). Hard to explain, but it's a great feeling.....go with it!
