Yep – I had to shop only at one end of our mall for a long time as I couldn’t hack the smell of Cinnabon wafting through the concourse to try to take control of my nasies and I took a different route to work for a while because I could not drive down ptomaine alley and risk smelling Burgler King and Taco SMELL…they can be detrimental to weight loss programs.
There are still some places I don’t drive by alone because I was so drawn to them for truffles, caramels and oatmeal cookies…I just have an escort when I ride by and then I am SAFE!
