Well, today is my first day. The fedex website showed that my first order is going to be delivered today. So, I decided to have a Glucerna shake for lunch. It obviously isn't medifast, but until i get my shipment, it is better than pancakse or french toast!

Good luck David. You will do this and you will probably lose the weight pretty fast if you stick to it. Men USUALLY lose alot quicker. Look back on some of the posts from the men losing weight on M.F. and you'll notice most of them lose it pretty fast. We're all here for you whenever you need support!

Thank-you for your support. I am 23 years old and weigh 235 lbs. Just a few years ago I was a normal weight, but food and life happened. I now have pre-hypertension and it scares me. I have to lose this weight and keep it off. I don't want to end up ill like so many. I think I am lucky to recognize this now before it gets out of control.

Have you seen "hyperion's" before and after pics yet? If not look them up. I thought the difference was dramatic and inspiring.
