Hi everyone!
I am a new newbie! The box of Medifast goodies came in the mail yesterday, and I started the program today!! So far, so good! The shakes aren't bad, and the oatmeal was pretty good!
I am 5'6" ad weight 205. I want to be down to 135 by June. Do you think this is doable? Should I try and do full fast? Does full fast include Medifast food (like oatmeal)?
This board is great! I have been lurking a lot, and all of your successes are truly inspiring! I am getting married in August, and I want to be a happy, healthy bride!!
