something to think about. most of us dont really feel hunger we think it is but we eat more often than needed
and we are never really feeling true hunger, most of the time it is cravings that seem like hunger?

true hunger is the bodies signal a "need" for fuel
cravings are started in the mind many times stimulated by a sight or smell but are strong because they are connected to our pleasure sensors. We love food it comforts us etc. We feel joy when we eat not much different than any other addiction.
The trick is to hear hunger and react to the need and refocus the cravings.
Because we are on such low calories it is important to hear the hunger before it triggers cravings.
point is space your meals out every 3 hous and stay away from triggers
