Not as a regular course of action, but as an emergency, you can double up and have 2 shakes if you have one of those crazy days when you just can't eat on time.
Don't make a habit of it. If you're faced with only getting 4 meal replacements in or doubling up on the last one, double up so you can make sure you don't short change your body calorically (sp?)
