My Final weigh in for 1st month-3pounds a week

Postby hollyhouse » March 2nd, 2006, 6:53 am

oh well, Today is march 2nd which means 1 month since starting the program. I am not thrilled with my weight loss BUT giving the fact that i had a rocky start and many many cheats this month. its not bad at all.
I can only see from this months experience and try to move ahead and do better for march!
I have learned ALOT this month!!
Most important thing is drinking enough water on a daily basis!
that is the biggest hurdle i need to get over.

ok so i am at 154 pounds today-gained one pound. so it seems.
but i did cheat sooo i am to blame.

3 POUNDS a week is nothing to sneeze at either!!

And i decided to give myself a realistic goal!!
And i hope to be
142 by april 1st(maye i will do better)
130 by may
and if im lucky!! 118 by June
but ill be happy with 125

This is my first goal
2nd goal is 130
then 120
then final 118

Holly ~

You had a great first month! :hi5:

It looks like you have been busy thinking and planning, too.

It is always good to set mini-goals when we want to accomplish something because it helps us to keep focused. Some jobs can seem so big until we break them down into smaller steps and you've done just that! :yeah:

When it comes to weight loss it is hard to determine exactly how much weight we will lose over a particular period of time because there are many things that can affect our weight loss rate. We can, however control what we do each day that will help us to accomplish our goals -such as being sure we drink the water we need each day, eating our meals on time so that we don't get so hungry that we lick our desk because we went too many hours between feedings and to measure our meal portions for the lean and green meal.

I am thankful that you've analyzed your program so far and made such positive steps in the direction that will take you to your goal. :walk:
