I'll be sooooooooo glad the day I can make that announcement. It just can't come soon enough! My heartiest congratulations to you, Pam.

You know, when one of us conquers a significant marker like that, it gives real hope to all the others that are heading in that direction, also.

You are awesome, Pam!

Pam: That is so AWESOME!!

You need to go out and do something special to celebrate. I went to my nail salon and got a pedicure and a manicure. I felt soooo pampered! And being able to share that it was because I had lost 50 lbs was even more awesome!

Treat yourself--you definitely deserve it!!

Pam, you STUD!! Can I call you that? Sure I can, I am gonna. I am soooo proud of you. Tell me now, on your knees bowing to the Medifast God, that this is it. The all mighty program!

Keep it up you are wonderful. YOU do deserve some pampering,

Jeanette: I went to my nail salon and got a pedicure and a manicure. I felt soooo pampered!

I was more thinking about a trip to Home Depot, or mowing the lawn… Nails? Pedicure? Salon? Uh…. Maybe I just don’t see the glee Jeanette does in this. Now, a trip to H/D, that’s the ticket, that’s pampering.

Like Tim Allen says, MORE POWER – this is pampering if you ask me!! (Hear me grumbling more power)

Again, Pam. Congrat’s…

Hey Lisa, yes Pam is our girl…

Rhetorically, how you would even wonder if 50# loss was achievable in 90 days? Why would you hope you could? You CAN!!! Why? Because you probably have never been on any program like this.

Lets look at it from a math perspective. Don’t know your past food regimen, but I am sure it was unacceptable, thus you are a member of this family now. This Medi-caloric-recuction is just that. Lets assume you are doing the 4-1 or even 5-1 (4-5 shakes at 90 calories, and a lean/green at say 150 calories) at the extreme, adding in 30-40 calories of Bouillon, this is 500-600 a day in calories period. Now these aren’t your every day Ben-N-Jerry’s or McDonald’s fat-lories, these are LEAN-CLEAN-BURNIN-MACHINE calories, with so few fat grams, we just survive. These calories are to keep us alive, and our brain alive (yes the brain is a muscle) and that’s it. If you are consuming only this amount of calories, you can easily achieve this 50 in 3 months.

50 divided by 90 days = .55 a day. This is ½ pound per day – Pam’s average.

I averaged .91 pounds a day on my Medi-plan. This non-diet is what you make of it.

It’s a short time to lose weight (who keeps saying this??) do it today, and be done with it.

If your not religious, be so with this….
