A few questions.. thanks : )

Ok I have a couple questions, if someone doesn't mind helping me out :)

1 - RTD's vs. Regular shakes.. I don't mind carrying a shaker jar with me and a packet or 2 of shakes.. and I always carry a bottle of water with me no matter what, so it's not about the convenience so much.. but I find the shakes are sort of "grainy".. and unless I let them sit for a while, shaking every few minutes, they don't dissolve well, and I have to continue shaking them as I drink, or it settles very badly (unless I use the magic bullet).. are the RTDs any better?

2 - I am running out of my initial order, so I'm gearing up to place my next order.. I originally ordered by calling the medifast 800 number that was on an ad in a magazine.. my question is, what are the benefits of calling through this website over the medifast website? Do the people that run this site get some sort of commission?

3 - Does anyone know when online ordering is going to be available to those of us in Canada? This isn't a really big deal I guess, but since I can't order online, I don't get access to the MyMedifast stuff on the website, which is sort of a bummer.

4 - TSFL isn't available for those of us in Canada either.. is this going to change sometime soon? :)

Thanks! :)

The one reason I love the RTD's is because I am on the road all day long. And it is just easier to throw away the little carton. In the Beginning I use to use the shaker. And it would sit in my car until I got home. And let me tell you it was not a nice smell. <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_30_111.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D23%252F23_30_111/image.gif">

I think the RTDs are creamier than the regular shakes, especially the ones mixed up in the shaker jar instead of a blender or Magic Bullet.

I agree but I don't find them as filling. Maybe because I am not at home chasing it with bunches of water and dealing with distractions. Today I had one after seeing the dink but had already had my bottled water.

I think it's because the blender one is usually made with more water, plus ice. I agree, the RTDs aren't very filling at all. But they're nice on the go, or when you're not too hungry, or with your daily snack, if you have one.

I don't do all that blender stuff. I just use my shaker jar. I am very low maintenance when it comes to MF.

Ditto! I do however want to buy a set of those "tornado" cups (seen them on one of the shopping channels and ebay) - basically a cup with a built in mixer.
Start date: 2-05-07

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
