Thank you all for the nice comments. You sure know how to make a person feel better about themselves especially when so much 1st week doubt is creeping in. I feel hungry at night and through the night even tho I have my last shake at 8:30 or 9pm. And bad me...I'm still hopping on the scale every second I come home or am there for more than 2 hours at a time. This morning, I saw no change and of course was depressed...this is my first week...where is that huge loss? I know, I know, we are all different. It's just been a little harder b/c I'm hungry thru the night and don't sleep well. Also, I walk up stairs to get to my office every day and for the last couple of days, my leg muscles are getting fatigued just from climbing about 30 stairs. I am drinking TONS of water and eating 2 pickles a day and my 1-2 cups of bouillon in addition to the 5 supplements (3 are shakes). Feeling this way and not seeing a change is hard. But then I read your comments and had my shake and I feel a bit better. One of the reasons for losing this weight is a breast reduction. So, I *have* to stay with it. Thank you again for being so wonderful *hugs*. I gotta stick with you and you guys stick with me, too!
