fat free sugar free jello

Does anyone know if fat free sugar free jello is aloud. I remember when I was atkins it was aloud. I know that this is not atkins but it does not have and sugar or fat that is why I am asking. Also I love the orange shake Put in the freezer and it taste like you are having a cream sickle :D

Yes, the sugar-free Jell-O is allowed (not the pudding, though). I believe you're allowed a cup a day (prepared, not the powder).

A whole cup of the powdered jello. :shock: That would be one seriously huge serving of jello.

When I was little, my mom used to give us hot jello (straight out of the pan, before it went in the fridge) to drink if we were sick. Believe it or not, it was a really nice, soothing thing to drink - sweet, a little thick, felt warm all the way down, and very easy on sore throats. It might be a nice alternative snack, sometimes, if'n ya'll aren't too scared by the sound of "hot jello." ;)

Ha. I thought it might go without saying, too, Dayna, but you never know. Figured I'd better clarify just in case.

I never used to like Jell-O much, but sometimes it hits the spot when I want a little something sweet after my lean and green.
