Compared to chicken (-0- carbs), your recipe is adding 9 carbs to your lean every day that you have it. If you count up all of your carbs for the day including all the supplements and the L&G, are you still in the 80-85 carb range that Medifast recommends? I don't think I would be, but I have a bar every day.

That's why I stay away from added stuff.....it makes my life much simpler. I don't need to add anything up.....I do that all day at work, I don't want to have to do it at home.

Well, I always have some kind of sauce with my dinner, which usually has some carbs. With this, I don't have any other sauces. If I go a little over, I'm not terribly concerned as long as I am still losing weight at the normal weight.

Edit: It looks like I should be fine anyway.

4 drinks - 52 carbs (13 each)
1 bar - 19 carbs
Cottage Cheese/Sour Cream - 9 carbs
Mushrooms - ???

Without the mushrooms, that brings the total to 80 grams, so as long as the mushrooms aren't above 5 grams of carbs, I'm within the daily recommendation.
