Like you, Sue, I prefer to avoid the preservatives as much as possible and try to select fresh & organic if possible, then frozen/organic is my next choice.

because sometimes we are desperate for a L & G and if we all had an ideal life with 30 hours in our day, worked from home and had Safeway deliver our groceries automatically, then I'd say it's best to avoid it at all costs but it would not appear to be totally toxic - it looks to me as if I'd rather avoid the grilling in margarine part...
I know there are some who have had consistent weight loss and have dined at Wendy's or McD's fairly regularly.
Musical, I doubt that you will have to stay clear of Mickey’s Salads for the rest of your natural life but I'd want to read the label on that salad dressing to be sure it's not too high in cals – the total caloric amount for the salad greens, vegetable topper and the dressing, too should be no more than 80.
I honestly have not been to Wendy's for over 8 years, to the King’s except to use their sandbox and I have not dined at Mickey D's for years either - only had a cup of coffee so I haven't personally scoped out their salads and dressings.
