Falling Asleep Earlier

My usual bedtime is 11:30pm. Since I restarted MF 2 weeks ago, I can't seem to stay awake past 9:30pm. Is this normal?

Could be. Your body has to adjust to the reduced calories. Give it another week or two and see if it doesn't go back to normal. If it doesn't, you could always try the Momentum products. They keep me up till all hours if I have them too late in the day, so having one around dinner time might be just the pick-me-up you need to stay up a bit later.

Nickie is right the first couple weeks are going to make you feel tired.

What hapens to me a girl that loves to sleep. I will goto bed at 9:30 and wake up at 5:30am. When you are on for awhile you realize that you do not need as much sleep.
