Thanks so much Vicky. I want to impress on everyone that I DID NOT lose 100 pounds in 6 months. I have lost 100 pounds from my heaviest which was 284 back in Oct/Nov of last year. I was 270 when I started Medifast so to date I have lost 86 pounds on MF which I started on Jan 15 of this year. This coming Saturday is my 6 month anniversary of MF which I thought was last month so I will post my 6 month stats next week at roll call.

Thanks to all who have supported me. You guys are the best

Yea Lisa! Whatever time it took, it is still quite an accomplishment!

I would like to thank you for being so polite and waiting your turn, hehe. I was a little worried a few weeks ago.

Congratulations Lisa... even if all of it isn't from Medifast, you should be darned proud of yourself!.... If I were you, I'd go around wearing a sign.. "I lost 100 lbs" LOL! Ok so don't do that, but I'd be telling the world!
