Veggie here.
You can have 1/2 to 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of low-fat cheese, 2 eggs (limit to 3 times a week), 1/2 to 1 cup of egg substitute (1 cup equals 4 eggs...VERY filling), 1/2 block of firm tofu, (4"x2") piece of soft tofu...you can also have 1 Boca Burger or Morning Star Buger.
I often have foil baked Tilapia (one of my FAVES), bay scallops, shrimp, tuna steak (my ABSOLUTE fave right now) and salmon.
My second or 3rd week in (can't remember which)...I made the mistake of stepping on the scale mid-week and it said I had GAINED a pound or so...I FREAKED and did a full fast for 2 days and by Sunday morning weigh in I lost it + 3 more.
