I have used it months after it expired with no problems, but I am sure there are others here that have an "official" comment on the question.

You mean they don't self destruct?

I've got some oatmeal that I acquired from Janae that has expired and it works just fine.

I have some product from the 7th, 8th & 9th month of this year that expired. Is that going to be okay?

I have used it older than that with no problems at all.

I used old expired products my first 2-3 weeks on Medifast because I had it left over from a previous very brief attempt at MFing. It tasted the same, I lost weight and I'm still alive.
