There are a couple of reasons why we wait to exercise. Your body needs to adjust to a routine of reduced calories. If you exercise and burn tooo many your weight loss will stall. Your body will go into starvation mode. There are lots of posts about this. Plus if you do too much exercise combined with the low caloric intake we can't guarantee that you are not burning muscle. That a bad bad thing.
