So excited and happy with the results......

Postby jewelz » October 31st, 2004, 8:15 pm

I am so happy with the results I am having on Medifast. It almost feels too easy , I am wondering why I didn't find this solution years ago.. I can't wait to finally get this weight off and keep it off. I started on August 1st and now I am already down 40 pounds. I really think for me having a great doctor who is supervising my health and weight loss has been key for me. My blood pressure has gone from 140/90 averages on blood pressure medicine to 112/74 averages. My doctor is saying I will be able to get off the blood pressure medicine soon... Which is so great. I turn 30 in December and this will be the first Birthday that I am excited and happy about. What a great feeling to know you are going in the right direction instead of another year going by without losing the weight.... It is so encouraging to read the other posts and have that support. Everybody just keep skakin and we'll get there.

Jewelz ~

That is great news to see your blood pressure dropping to normal levels. My own brother lost 85 pounds and got off of his medicaton for high BP - he had been on it for over twenty years! You are blessed to be Medifasing now while you are young - you will have so many happier and healthier years ahead of you.

Thank you for sharing your story with us!

That's great Jewelz!

I feel the same way about Medifast - the most effective weight loss system there is!!! Don't downplay your own effort, though. You've worked hard and you have great results.

Health AND weight loss? How cool is that!

Hey Jewelz!!! Way to go! I know what you mean... at times it can seem almost "too easy", I LOVE MF! But Ravenkat is right! Don't discount all the hard work and dedication you put into it. Over and over again I have people tell me... "I could never do what your doing", and you know what, they couldn't! It makes me feel good that I want something bad enough to sacrifice and work for it, and that I CAN DO IT! We're all strong and "hard core" about our goals here! Hurray!

You rock Jewelz!! 8)

Can't believe the results...

Postby gr8views » November 1st, 2004, 12:27 pm

Really... I can't believe the results you all are getting on MF!! Congratulations, Jewelz, on your success!!

Everyone talks about how easy this is, yet I think that RavenKat and fedup are both right. It's only easy when you've committed to making the sacrifices necessary to be a success. Sounds like you have.

Keep up the good choices! You (and others) are inspiring me to be thin someday as well.

Five days until I start...

You'll love it Diane! I swear I'd tried everything in the world (like most of us!) This is something that works, and helps you get results fast. (For me tht's a huge motivator, 'cause if I don't see results that's when I'd always quit in the past!)

For me, it's MF and this forum together that have made a winning combination. I couldn't do it without this forum to vent and talk, just relate to others going through it!... so welcome aboard, we'll be reading about your successes soon! ;)

fedup and Nancy,

Thanks for your encouragement...

I'm so looking forward to starting MF. I think waiting a bit while reading the forum has helped get me psyched up.

You'll be hearing from me!
