There are several newbie posts and I thought this might help them. It helped me a TON when I started!
Anyone have anything else to add??
I would add:
~ Watch out for your carb intake if you are sensitive to carbs.
~ Take your measurments in the beginning and monthly - you'll be amazed!
~ If you can keep from freaking out during normal changes up and down then I would weigh daily. It truly helped me to spot a trend I would have otherwise missed.
~ Stay Compliant and be rewarded
~ Set long term, short term and daily goals
~ Celebrate your succsses often - daily if you can - something as simple as being compliant.
