I'm up, I'm back and here are my goals:
1-visit this SITE EVERYDAY...I am deep in need of encouragement.
2-walk to video or treadmill or outside EVERYDAY for 20-30 MINS
3-BE TOTALLY COMPLIANT
4-LOSE 20 LBS BY JANUARY 1
OK, maybe I didn't list them in the right order BUT they are all my goals. I have had a rough few weeks. On the program, off--you know how it goes. Have had some stomach ailments and company and holiday get togethers...and have been a little down in the dumps for some reason. I have kinda stayed away from this forum because I really haven't felt like I have anything positive to add. I'm back. I want to get the excitement back that I had when I first started this program. Does that make sense?
Nothing could make me cheat.
Unca, I need to update my club--I am in the 60 lb club now.
