It's my fourth day on Medifast and I feel really good! I'm glad to have found these boards because the ones on the Medifast website are the least user-friendly of all time! Anyway, I'm 22, living in Minnesota, and wanted to introduce myself. Thanks to everyone for having inspired me quite a bit already!
