Hi Everyone!!!

My name is Teri. I am 31 y/o, married and live in Orlando, Fl. I am 5'10" and currently weigh 276 lbs :shock: I started Medifast last sunday and have already lost 12 lbs!!! As everyone else, I have tried evey single diet out there. I got fed up :x a few weeks ago made a promise to myself to do this. the first few days were bad, but now I am completely fine with it. I dont need to be "skinny", just fit. I just wanted to introduce myself. I love this site. Its so great to see everyones pics. Hope to talk to everyone soon
