Oh hey everyone, there is a free calorie/nutrient/weight/journal thing online, called fitday dot com. I am using it to make sure I keep my calories 800-1000, sodium 500-2400, carbs 80-85 (I read in various areas that is what Medifast recommends).
It's great.
