well Guys im not sure if you remember my first post but i was going to be starting the diet. well then i got real sick and now im waiting on gullblatter surgery so i have been very sick i just hope i can start the program soon after i recovery i read the forum everyday to keep my spirits up. I look forward to joining the road of success with all of you keep up the great job
