Welll Mike if I wind up pregnant at my age, they are going to call it a miracle

Well completed three weeks and down 8.8 pounds. Pretty happy with it. The only thing that is strange is that the headaches had gone away and yet this week I seem to have them again. No bad choices, no cheating on program, drinking water, don't know why.

Hi Norma and welcome!! I have been on the program for about 6 weeks and only had one headache during the first three days. However, I had several headaches last week which is not like me. I didn't necesarily attritute it to MF and then found out that my daughter was struggling with some headaches also. It's possibly that it was not due to MF - unless you didn't drink all your water or missed supplements. Could it possibly be change of weather Congrats for joining the program

I'm in my second week and this week I had a headache for a couple of days, but the weather was astormin'. I think that was my problem. Congratulations on the almost 9# loss.

Try a couple of dill pickles or some bullion... a little extra sodium may help.
