I know some of you don't know me and others may not remember me but...I'm back after a little hiatus (about 2mos). I messed up, did not stick to plan but now I keep telling myself that i have it together. I am at work right now so I really don't have a lot of time to talk (or rather post) but I just wanted to say hello to everyone.
Oh yeah, Unca, I had previously made it to the 20# club but unfortunately, I gained about 9.5 of that back. So I have to humble myself and ask to be dropped back down to the 10# club. I will work my way back, I PROMISE!!!
Well actually, does someone know the proper protocol (if there is any)? Am I supposed to use my original starting weight or do i start over again from the weight I am now and not belong to any "pound" club?
