Hi Tiffany! I believe we sometimes overthink the program. Just follow the guidelines, get your water drank each day, do all of your supplements each day and don't worry about peeing on the stick so you can see a certain color.

The weight will come off if you follow the program and peeing on a stick isn't going to make it come off any faster (if it does--I want to know, cause I'll go buy a case load of those ketone sticks!!!!

Keep shaking (and drinking your water) you'll see that scale number change and the clothes fitting looser!
