Today I weighed 132.5, (2 & 1/2 pounds below my goal of 135.)
Actually, I am thinking that 130 might be a better weight for me, given my height at 5'1". So I haven't been concerned that I would lose too much yet.
And, obviously, I do not do the amount of exercising that you do.
I do mostly water aerobics and walking, and that has been limited during this last month because of guests and trips.
We have one more short trip at the end of October to OKC and then I think we will be at home more, especially with guests and family coming during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
How tall are you, ROBIN?
Also, I wondered what your daily calorie amount is to maintain your weight of 130. I would be interested in a summary of your meals and activites.
Maintenance has not been nearly the problem I expected it to be.
And shopping is enjoyable, isn't it?
Seems like you are doing quite well.
