I am so happy to see you back girly! You have been on my mind a lot and I was worrying about what was going on with you and how you were doing. I am so glad the meds are getting ya back on solid ground.

Cortizone creme can be a real blessing for the rashy stuff. I think you did really good with the weight, considering what you have been up against and I am happy and proud to see you back and ready to dig in again.

Thanks again guys, you are an inspiration to me. One I need bad. I did have a piece of cake today....I should have had a shake but I didn't....I am not gonna worry too much cause it will drive me nuts. I do have another confession...I started smoking again...no real reason why I just did. I will quit again just not now.

Oh well, you're going through a rough patch and I appreciate your honesty. You just have to start over, but you know what it will be like so you are not an absolute beginner. You are seasoned. As for smoking, I am about to light one up right now so I can't help you there. Since I stopped drinking and started Medifast, I smoke a pack a day and I used to smoke ten cigarettes a week. I think part of it is my nerves and these meds.

My computer has been down for a few days...I have been going NUTS!!!! Anyway I have also been working over night shift and now I am trying to get back on a day schedual with my sleep. The overnight was just a temp thing I have to do a couple times a year. I am at 169 as of this morning...thank goodness I was able to stick the MF while on this craziness.
