I'm so happy you're back in the 160's! YAY! As far as the smoking...you've quit before and very very soon, you just may have a buddy (that's really serious this time) quitting with you (that would be me).

I'm wearing my patch right now but sneaking in a ciggie every 4 hours or so. I can't believe I have to go 15.5 hours without one.

Thanks everyone. I will quit again no doubt about it. I promised my kids that I would quit before my second son leaves for boot on June 13. I just need to get on stable ground first. Things are going much better in my life and my family.

WOW what a nice suprise...my computer has been down so I have not be able to log in but looks like all is good for now. The diet is going good I am staying strong and my life is the best it has been in a loooonnnnggg time. My rash came back so I might have to go to the docs again, I think I will wait and see first. Anyway I have to fix my ticker so bye for now.

Ok gonna try this again.... seems things have changed around here....I started back up again last sunday weighting in at 199.....still under 200..yeah me. Anyway lot has changed for me in the last yr... I am now a happy single mom

my second son is in the Army...third wants Marines..oldest lives in Cloloado and my lil angel is still my lil angel.

Yes, it does look like alot has changed for you! Last I remember you were planning a move to Vegas? Is that right? Now I see you're in Arizona sans husband. Big changes for you.

Alot has changed here but alot as stayed the same. Many new faces and still some of us old timers hanging around. The one thing that doesn't change is that this is still a great place to come for support.

I'm glad you're back.
