Sandy your right I am the same person but I have more confidence in myself and I think that naturally draws attention, not all attention is bad attention, its bad if I take it there but believe me I can handle my own :) I don't know what good our talk did and I probablly wont till it gets tested. He will be leaving again today after the doc and he will be back Friday evening. I plan on doing what I always do when he is gone or home and thats work and the gym and home. If my girlfriends want to have a drink since we all work in retail...heck yeah I could use one this week and will take it, I will let him know and see where it leads.
By the way if my man EVER called me fat and ugly...I would back sure the door hit him in the arse on the way out.

Thanks DeDe but I'm afraid that my bark can sometimes be worse than my bite :) I am doing what I have to do for me and my kids. I don't know and wont know the impact our talk had till the situation arises again, meanwhile I will show him I love him with every thing in me.

See, this is how I look at it. My wife looks great, and lots of people are noticing it. Am I jealous of other guys noticing her? Not really. Why? Because I know where her heart lies, and that is with me. I trust her completely, and I guess that is where your hubby's issue is.
MOHO, he needs to have more trust.

Don't know about the trained part but anyway went to the doc and he wants to do a MRI. The doc is a bit freaked on how quick this came on, fine one day and not the next. He also wants to run a test on his nervous system cause something is going on there too. Said something about a neuro surgen (sp) Has me a bit freaked and him too. Doc said ridin anytime soon would not be good but that wont stop my man, he will just had extra springs put in his new bike. He will never stop riding, nor will I :)
We are going to wait till after the first of the year before we do anything more. We want to enjoy Christmas

I hope the tests go well. I believe tests are good, so much better to KNOW what you're dealing with than to not know!

Well its been a while so here I am. Things seem to be going good in the marriage department. He has been more touchy and I mean more like holding my hand more..you know the little things :)
He keeps saying he doesn't want to do the MRI and he still wants to build and ride his bike...I will let him do what he wants cause I couldn't imagine not being able to ride again...its a freedom like no other.
Christmas was wonderful, I had all my kids here and we had a good time. I think I gained like 8 lbs, afraid to actually know right now so I am trying NOT to step on the scale,BUT you better believe that I will be at the gym everyday this week including the weekend!
Well thats about it for now, I hope you all had as good of a Christmas as I did.

Well I am NOT doing good...I am out of food, my inner strength has left me and I feel like I have gained 10 lbs but I don't know caue I am afraid to step on the scale...I am however still going to the gym...maybe my saving grace. I need hints on how to maintain when I can't afford food. I don't wanna give up and come back later. I have NO fat clothes to fit into. I am in a size 10 for heaven sake...I don't want to go higher but wanting it and doing it are 2 different things and I am having trouble.
I just need encouraging words and helpful hints..
thank you all, you are my inspirations

I think when you run out of food you are supposed to stay locarb, high protein. Skim milk instead of shakes, take a multivitamin and Lean and Green it. Sorry this is happening. You look awesome though so don't sweat it too much. Yes, I am that superficial. I think problems are lessened the hotter you are.

Biki's right about the off plan thing. I had to go for over a month on my own a while back because of finances at the time. It's harder because everything isn't prepackaged and easy, but stay with the lean meats and green veggies and you'll be fine. I maintained my loss and dropped like 2 more pounds during that time. Sorry you're having a rough spot. Whatever you do, don't stop posting. You'll need all the support you can get.
