One night I was boiling eggs for church and I just WANTED one of those eggies so badly. I often make

"angeled eggs"

for church - now I would NEVER wanna serve

deviled

eggs at church, ya know what I mean?
I fixed a nice salad of spinach, red onion, a bit of cucumber and two hard boiled eggs. Eggs work fine on occasion if a person has no cholesterol probs. Women can have a protein serving of 4-5 ounces, men 6-7 ounces. Keep in mind the calories in a lean meat serving - that's why I chose two hard boiled eggs in place of the meat serving. I wouldn't have it every day but once in a while it should be fine. Men could most likely get away with three eggs.
