Is Eggplant legal??

I have been researching veggie recipes and found some excellent
ones with eggplant. Is it ok on MF Or not??

Mary,

I can't find eggplant on the list of suggested veggies and yet when I looked at the caloric values, I think it would be fine - raw, steamed, boiled but NOT breaded and fried.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...

Yes! It is totally legal - I just verified it!

Enjoy that purple egg shaped creation with gusto (That's gusto, not Guido -
and yet, perhaps that flame-shirted :whip: Guy just might surprise us all and occasionally scarf up some eggplant!) ;)
