SOMEONE WANTED THIS RECIPE...REAAALLLY EASY...YOUR VANILLA SHAKE AND 9 OZ. WATER....THATS BECAUSE I LIKE IT A LITTLE THINNER, BUT 8 OZ IS NICE AND THICK LIKE EGGNOG....ADD ABOUT 10 DROPS VANILLA, PACKET OF EQUAL SWEETNER, ABOUT 1/4 TSP CINNAMON AND NUTMEG...AND YUMMY.....ANOTHER GOOD ONE IS FAYGO DIET POP....I LOVE ORANGE AND RED POP....PUT THIS IN BLENDER WITH JUST ENOUGH RED POP TO MIX IT...IT IS REALLY FROTHY, AND I DON'T CARE FOR THAT, SO I LET IT SETTLE A BIT, THEN ADD THE REST OF THE POP...FANTASTIC....I ALSO WARM MY CHOCOLATE AND USE LIKE HOT COCOA, ON COLD NIGHTS ITS GREAT...I NEVER ORDER THE MEDIFAST COCOA, SO I NEEDED TO DO THIS IN THE SUB ZERO WEATHER GOOD OLE MICHIGAN IS HAVING....LOL....UNFORTUNATLEY, I ADD SWEETNER TO MOST OF MY SHAKES, NOT GOOD, BUT SINCE THIS IS A LIFESTYLE FOR ME NOW, AND A FOREVER WAY....I HAVE TO DO IT SO ITS PERFECT FOR ME....I AM DRINKING A TON OF DECAF TEA, BOTH HOT AND COLD...HELPS HUNGER PANGS...I AM ALSO MAKING 4 OR 5 SHAKES THE NIGHT BEFORE.....THEN YOU GO TO THE FRIG AND WAHLAH...YOU ARE STARVED, AND THERE IS A YUMMY SHAKE LOOKING RIGHT AT YOU, NICE AD COLDAND THAT IS A MUST FOR ME....ITS GOTTA BE AWSOME...AND I AM TYRING EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE THIS MY NEW LIFE....SO IF YOU HAVE ANY GREAT IDEAS ON THE SHAKES LET ME KNOW...NEW FLAVORS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED....
