My Hubby is finally coming around too, now that he is seeing my body shrink.

As for getting on the computer.... girl, 22lbs later and I still come here during all of my spare time... It's a better habit than going to the kitchen or running out for some fast food !!!! Thank God for MMT website! It has gotten me to this point and will get me through till I reach my goal! Don't worry about your DH..... Just keep shakin'! :beerbeer:

Serendepity, KMR and HulaGirl Thank You!

I never really figured out what my emotional state is all about today, but church was great. I feel better, but ate my 5.34 oz of Turkey Burger (no bun of course) at 8:30 instead of 7:30. I still intend to have my shake at 10:30 if I can stay awake.

I know the three of you are right. I have to stay focused and think of myself first for once. He'll come around.

Today was much better. Not sure what yesterday's emotions were all about, so I just decided to let it go. I did fine with meals until dinner time. Unexpected longer day at work lead to me eating later than expected and due to the back to back meetings, I couldn't get my water in.

2:00 Bar
5:00 Shake
8:30 2 chicken wings and corn
32 oz of water 16 oz crystal light

Hope all is well with each of you. Tomorrow's another day, so I can only try to do better.

You know what Jo. I just remembered after re-reading your post tonight, that most men are visual creatures and my husband definately is. So you're right .....he'll have to see the results.

Ebony,

The chicken wings aren't the best choice. They have way too much fat and you should have 7 oz. of chicken......that's alot of chicken. I'm afraid if you skimp on the L&G, it'll catch up with you. Remember, less is not better with Medifast. :D That's the good news, lol.

Thanks Jo and Tim. No more corn or wings. They were huge. That's why I only ate two, but probably not 7 oz. At least they were baked.

Sorry I missed Wednesday and Thursday. We received a call from the hospital that my mother-in-law was in ICU. I know it's rare, but we're pretty close. My husband and I grew up a block away from one another so I was distracted for a minute.

She's better, and will be released today. With that said, I didn't do horribly, but did have a slip on yesterday and both days menus were just under 1000 calories. I'm back on plan today, but did weigh myself today just to see if I was making in progress. Well only down 2lbs since Sunday.

I did find out on Tuesday that I likely have a low thyroid. My doctor after he confirms will put me on thyroid medication. Can anyone tell me if that will help or hurt my weightloss goal. Based on what he's said and what I've researched it should help, but I can't say that for sure in relation to Medifast. Anyone out there on thyroid medicine?

Wednesday

16 oz of Crystal Light

4 chocolate covered macadamia nuts (I know! Someone at work offered them to me and before I realized it I was eating them and was on my 4th one before I said OH CRAP, what the HECK!)
