Eating schedule??????

Postby loosingitlisa » August 11th, 2006, 5:24 pm

I just recieved my four wk variety pack (with my one wk free) and was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind sharing their 'eating schedule" with me.

I have read through most of the posts and it seems to all be running together :?

Any help would be appreciated and I look forward to "shakin" with you.

Welcome!!

I think we all kind of vary. It depends on your own schedule and what foods you like. My personal schedule for now while it is still summer and I dont have to get up early:

9am Shake
12pm Bar
3pm shake
5pm L&G
8pm Shake
10pm Shake

It is all subject to change, depends on the day.

Hello & Welcome to the MF club.

My schedule goes like this:

7:30 ish - Hot Cocoa

9:30 ish - Hot Cocoa or Oatmeal

Noon ish - Chicken Noodle Soup

2:30 ish - Bar

5:30 ish - L & G Meal

7:30 ish - Hot Cocoa or Oatmeal or Pudding

Everyone gets up different and goes to bed different. Try to space your meals every 2 - 3 hours. Good Luck!

I work nights and sleep during the day. On my days off, I sometimes revert to sleeping at night and being up during the day. This makes my life very hectic and confusing to determine when one day ends and the next begins so I pretty much just have a MF meal every three hours that I'm awake.

Howdy do, loosingitlisa ~

Welcome to you! The important thing to do is to begin the day by having your first packet within an hour of crawling out of bed in the morning.

If you sleep late and get up at 11 AM, then have packet # 1 by noon (sooner, if you'd like!) Then every two and a half to three hours, have a packet or the Lean and Green meal.

The Lean and Green meal may be eaten at any point in the day.

Some folks have their Lean and Green for Brunch, some at high noon for lunch, some have it for linner (mid afternoon) or for a late dinner! Just eat a packet every three hours, never go for more than four hours between a meal and drink plenty of water.

Never skip a meal - we need all five Medifast packets plus the lean and green meal every day. On those busy crazy wild days when you do not have time to prepare a lean and green meal, it is ok to have six packets of Medifast but do your best to regularly have a Lean and Green meal.

Happy shakin' to you, Losingitlisa!

I think Loriann likes cocoa, what do you think?
As for me, my schedule is very similar to hers except I usually only do 1 cocoa a day.
7ish - Oatmeal
10 - bar or shake
1230 - chili or soup (usually Cream of Tomato)
3 - bar or shake
430 - snack (soy crisps, pickles, SF jello, SF 'cicle)
6-7ish - L&G
930-10 - Cocoa (mocha - with decaf coffee sometimes)

Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330
