Am I eating enough??

So I started May 6th of this year and have lost 43# to date but I have noticed a considerable slow down in the loss....My doc has me on the 70 shakes because I do a pretty physical job ( for anyone who doesn't know I am currently a server, and because my restaurant is usually so busy I bust my a** a lot, for lack of better words)....If I am burning too much that will slow my loss right?
Anyhow...for now I think I'm gonna give it another 2 weeks doing the same as I have been doing, but as is I have a hard time eating all my meals a day so I don't know if I could posibly fit another one in...
What do y'all think? Am I over critical or over analyzing?

Your total loss looks great. You said your rate has slowed but we need a bit more info. What is your average weekly loss right now? Also how are you feeling? Energized or tired and hungry?

Amy, post your meal/fluid(water) schedule for us, k? Then we can give you more specific and accurate feedback. (Congrats on the loss!! Go, girl!!)

Some days are a little different if I have off off work but I'll give ya a typical work day

9am Tropical punch
12pm Rtd Shake
3pm Rtd Shake
6pm L&G (usually chicken and veggies)
9pm Medi-bar
12am Rtd Shake

(somedays I have an oatmeal for breakfast, and once in a great while I have some pudding)
As for water I drink at the very least 100 oz a day....

The one problem I have run into at work is the fact that if we get crazy busy I won't have my 9pm meal until 12 and then try to have my 12am meal by 2am (I usually stay up until 3:30 or later).

On my days off I almost always finish all my meals by midnight.....

Looks good. Your last roll call post says you lost 2 pounds for the week, which is within average range. I think you're fine, unless you're feeling tired and weak or anything like that.
