So I started May 6th of this year and have lost 43# to date but I have noticed a considerable slow down in the loss....My doc has me on the 70 shakes because I do a pretty physical job ( for anyone who doesn't know I am currently a server, and because my restaurant is usually so busy I bust my a** a lot, for lack of better words)....If I am burning too much that will slow my loss right?
Anyhow...for now I think I'm gonna give it another 2 weeks doing the same as I have been doing, but as is I have a hard time eating all my meals a day so I don't know if I could posibly fit another one in...
What do y'all think? Am I over critical or over analyzing?
