I'd rather be knocked out of ketosis by a mango than spiders....

There were only two of them, and they cried when I flushed them down the toilet. I found out later that they had a family of baby spiders, so I felt bad.

Spiders are all protein. Wouldn't knock you out of ketosis at all. You know toast them up and sprinkle on a little salt

I had an eatmare that someone was forcing me to eat ice cream, but in the 3+ months I've been on MF, that's the only one.

I had a dream that I went to a carnival and there was a booth set up with lots of cake. I'm talking at least 50 different kinds, and I took a bite of each one. I think the reason for the dream was because that day at an office party someone offered me cake, and I declined. Deep down I wanted a small piece..

I actually had my first eating dream last night. I dreamed I was at a party...or was the party at my place..I don't know anyway I was looking at eating a doughnut...I wanted one so bad. I actually walked away from them like 5 times then I gave in. BUT I will tell you I only ate the one that was cut in half
