I am on day 2 and seem to be handling the lack of food pretty good but I know there are going to be rough days ahead and look forward to my buddies for support.

I nice to be able to put a face to all our buddies on this support forum..It is great and much better than having to record points at weight watchers :roll:

Hi Marge,

Nice to meet you, I too started this weekend Easter day. Im on day #3
and its not so bad. I like the chicken soup. Its my biggest meal of the day
but only 90 calories. I have 80 lbs to lose. I have already noticed some weight loss, but I wont weigh myself untill Sunday. Type at you soon

Hi Leticia:

Hey welcome aboard partner....Me too I am ending my second day and not finding it too bad so far.....My favorite food of course are the bars and we are limited to only one of those per day...I also love the oatmeal but I wish it was unsweetened.

I will also wait until sunday to weigh in. It is very hard around my hubby. tonight he cooked a roast beef with baked potatoes and even though I was out of the kitchen in my office the smell lingered in the house for hours but I am proud that I got through it.. Of course he has no weigh problem and can eat just about anything and he all day and night.

Tomorrow will be my day number 3...good luck to us both :lol: :lol:
