I've just earned admission to the 50 pound club! Taaa Daaaa!

:dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

I now weigh less and am smaller than I have been in years and years. I am also within 8 pounds of my primary goal: what I weighed when I was 27 years old, 27 years ago; and I am smaller than I was then for most all my measurements! Fitter and Healthier! Wheeeeee!

Who would have thought this was possible? Ain't Medifast great! I feel fabulous; that is, flab-u-less!

:secret: Isn't it amazing when you look and feel younger in your 50's than you did in your 30's and 40's??? I love my flabuless fifties!
