Is drinking only RTD's allowed?

Postby pixiewhispers » May 12th, 2006, 8:23 am

I have only been at this for 6 days. I got my Rtd's Wednesday, and I really like them. Is it okay to only drink them? I don't care for the powder shakes. The soups are okay, so I can do those for lunch, and I like the puddings, but I don't like the powder shakes. Is it okay to replace those with RTD's.

RTD's

Postby Jan » May 12th, 2006, 8:36 am

Hi There Pixie,
Drinking only the RTD's is perfectly fine. They are the same as the other shakes -- just in a different form. Our friend Dogma only uses the RTD's in addition to the other products. She doesn't like the powdered shakes either and she has parted with lots of pounds. :D

Thats all I have been drinking for 2 days now. They are just soooo much easier than making something.

Did I hear my name???

I hate the powdered shakes and haven't used them since the first month. (But if you want something shake-like that's more than an RTD, I'd suggest making the hot cocoa like a shake; mix it with cold water and then blend with ice. It doesn't have that awful soy taste that the shakes do, IMHO.)

Image MAMIE ANN,

Only 6 days and 6 pounds gone forever! It is great that you have a choice of powder shakes and RTD's, along with the other meals. If it works for you like it does for most of us, the meals taste better and better! You have probably already been pointed to the Lean Cuisine section.

Those little boxes and packets of healthy nutrition are going to take you all the way to 'skinnydom'. :drive:

Gorgeous picture, Mamie Ann. Would be nice to see it in your avatar.

Well on that note, I would be willing, for the greater good, of course, to trade some of this awesome, amazing, stupendous chili for those god awful RTDs. haha :tears:
