Lynne ~
You are a picture of success, Little Darlin' and I admire you for your commitment to go all the way to your goal.
You have done a terrific job of thinnin' thru many holidays and seasons and it sure is paying off now!
Something that was hard for me was to go all the way to my goal when many of my friends and family members were telling me that I already looked good and that they were worried about me getting too thin and they encouraged me to stop when I had 15 pounds to go. I am really thankful that I went for the gold and reached my goal - it gave me great personal satisfaction to meet that goal.
You look amazing, Lynne. I noticed that those are mid-rise jeans ya got on there - look at you! Very slender, up-to-date clothing WITH a belt!
Sylvia is so right, Folks - get rid of those baggy clothes because we must have the mindset that we will
NEVER wear that size again. When they get tight, it's time for intervention. A few weeks on the weight loss program is not at all fun but it is so much better than getting into major flabdom problems and having to lose it
ALL all over again. A short stint at the
fluffy farmette is a whole lot better than becoming an inmate at the
Flab Farm for half a year.
Ron, ktrout, Hype & Mike, you guys will
LOVE wearing your shirts tucked in or wearing knit shirts with confidence AND going to the beach or the pool without a sportsbra - as your weight goes down and your waist size begins to match your inseam length, you will feel so proud of yourself! You may want to keep your "starting-weight belt" and drill new holes in it as you slim down just so you can show folks how much you've lost and to remind yourself from whence you came but get rid of the Billy Big Boy pants 'cuz you are not
ever gonna go back there!
Hey, we
DO see your Medifast in the background,
ljm and that's a good thing!
It reminds us all that your
drink of choice is Medifast! It reminds us that to be successful, we must keep a shake within arm's reach so we put wholesome nutritious food into our wonderful bods.
I am singing praises to you, Lynne - you are every bit a winner in the MakeMeThinner Hall of Thin!
