i just wanted to put out there that these are probably heel spurs. it comes from tight calf muscles. even skinny people get them! since you are pain free now, i suggest stretching your calves aggressively once a day to make sure they don't come back.
mine were just terrible and i was embarrassed because i was not just a fat girl-- i was a limping, slow fat girl!
when i found out what was causing it, i felt better and could control whether or not i'm in pain. i guess i just wanted to mention this in case anyone else has this problem; i know of others on here who have been treated for it.
