I read somewhere...that you could "double up" on shakes if you have missed or didnt get a chance to eat all morning. I had to do this yesterday and today just to get my shakes in. my concern is that I am overloading my calories all at once?? will this cause me to get out of Ketosis?? I mixed 2 shakes together to "catch" up with the day..just wanted to make sure this is "legal" and im not causing Harm to those little ketones that are robbing my fat cells!!
