Double Check

Postby John657 » March 23rd, 2004, 1:24 pm

Thank you all for responding to my message. It's great knowing that everyone is after the same goal. (To be a "Loser.") I was really questioning my weight loss and felt that something had to be wrong. losing so many pounds in one week??? Is it possible? So here is the reaffirmation...
I visited the doctor two Sundays ago for a sore throat and they took my weight. Yesterday I called the Dr's office and asked them to pull my chart and tell me what my weigh in was. Sure enough my starting weight was correct and I did lose the weight. It feels really good and I can only say that after one week I already feel better, mentally and physically!!

24#'s gone!!

Way to go John!

You're making a bunch of us jealous!! Just listen to your body ..... if you feel good I wouldn't worry.

Keep up the good work!

I think you get the trophy, John. I knew a guy at Optifast that lost 19 lbs in the first week, but you sailed by him easily. Man, I'd be doing cartwheels!

Way to go!

He can have the King title. I have lost the weight. I know Medifast is the "weight loss magic"

I want EVERY ONE of you to expierience the feeling I have.

I want all of you to be the King's, and King-ette's. I will gladly bestow upon all of you this title.

Just toss me a scrap (sugarless ones) on ocassion!!

Your faithful servent,

-Mike
